  1. Orders in Transit or Delivered
    Refunds or replacements are not applicable for orders that have been dispatched or successfully delivered, unless specified otherwise under exceptional circumstances.
  2. Refund Request Procedure
    – Customers may submit a refund request if an issue arises.
    – Each request will be reviewed and assessed thoroughly. – Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the customer’s provided account details.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders confirmed through our website cannot be cancelled after completion of the purchase process.
